Hi, I'm a premium member with an automatically renewing subscription but, having received confirmation from paypal that my latest payment has been made, I cannot download anything via the download manager - I keep getting "Error getting Rom - Username and/or Password wrong". Hindsight tells me that this is because my premium membership is not automatically getting renewed when the subscription payment is made. Although, logging in to the site shows my account set correctly. What can I do to ensure that every two months I don't have to ask someone to tick a box to enable me to continue using the download manager? Cheers FM
Err, there is no box to tick, so long as you're listed as premium it really should work. Please PM me your user/password (possibly change your password before if you use it elsewhere) so that I can see if I can reproduce it.
The tick box was just a turn of phrase, I didn't really think that was what you did... PM on its way.
