    What games? What systems?

Files vary in size depending on what they are. NES and other Retro games are extremely small, a few hundred KB max.
    NDS games range from 8-256MB.
PSX, and other CD games go from 600MB to a few GB in size.

67,108,864 is the game size in Bytes.
MB = Megabytes. Roughly 1,000,000 Bytes.

It's nothing to do with the R4. All computers measure in bytes and kilobytes (roughly 1,000 bytes) and megabytes (roughly 1,000,000 bytes) and Gigabytes and Terabytes and so on. It's how any computer shows file size.
