I just reg Premium and download but speed i got is 500kb/s = normal member speed. I using IDM with 8 connection when download ( I'm using cable max speed i got when download is 4mb/s ). Can i ask is this normal speed or slow ?
Actually, regular member speed is capped at 250 kb/s so that's not normal premium member speed. Try using more connections (you can use up to 20). I also checked a download then, I was getting 1.5MBs download speed with only one connection and no download manager. Using a download manager with 8 connections should get you much faster speeds. It's probably your internet. But as I pointed out, try adding a few more connections.

No problem. Yeah, might help. Just wait it out. Possibly your speed has been capped by your provider or something? Or maybe you've got restrictions on the IDM? If you're manually adding the links to IDM, make sure you've added your RomUlation credentials.
Sounds kind of like 500 kb/s is the max your ISP is offering you? Do you get faster speeds elsewhere?
Don't know why today my speed up to 4 Mb/s Maybe my ISP got some problem ... Still thanks for answer ^_^
