download speed limit

    well it looks like the download speed limit is back and now i can only download a 150kbs tops now :'( its going to take over 20 minutes to download psx roms now :'(

    No need to be rude, but no, it's not back, download speed depends on routing and routing isn't something permanent.

    humm, thats wired because its the same download speed is the same as it was when the download limit was in place
