Download problems

    Hi, can anyone help me? I'm having troubles with downloading Harvest Moon DS Cute.
    Whenever I try to download it, it keeps asking for my username and password. No matter how many times I try to download it, the thing always pops up, even though I made sure that I entered both my username and password correctly. What am I supposed to do? I also use a download manager. Can that create any problems?

    your download manager probably isn't passing cookies across properly.
