I have been having several problems downloading lately I currently have over 20k points so I know I can download these files but when I try to extract the actual .bin file it will not let me. I have no idea what is going wrong it let me download FF7 but not FF8 or parasite eve or chrono cross. Any suggestions?
What do you mean won't let you? Does it give you an error, Corrupted Archive, Unexpected end of Archive, etc? Make sure you are using the latest version of WinRAR www.rarlabs.com If that doesn't help try to redownload the files using a download manager like FlashGet www.flashget.com

You need to learn to be a little more patient, it's barely been 20 minutes. What is saying it's invalid? The emulator, WinRAR, your browser, Flashget?
winzip winrar and flashget, apparently the file has been erased... I am just wondering if any1 has already downloaded them and can send a copy or something seeing it says 90% of your files are not working, it will let me download some of them, but the ones I want do not work...
What says 90% of our files aren't working? I've personally downloaded FF8, Chrono Cross, and Parasite Eve from Romulation and played them on ePSXe (Playstation Emulator).

Nothing is saying 90% of your files are not working, I am saying 90% of the ones I have tried downloading are not working, I am sorry if I seem inpatient or demeaning, I just really want to play parasite eve 2 and chrono cross, but I cannot download them, is it possible that I cannot download them because they have already been downloaded on this account? I had them on my other computer but it crashed and my cousin has my hard drive...
No, you can download the files as many times as you wish, the only limit is points. When you download the files, are you choosing "Open" or "Save"? Flashget is not used to try and open an already downloaded file, flashget handles downloads. You copy a download link from a website and put it in flashget to download a file.
Did you use FireFox? Try clearing the browser cache first. and then try it again. If it still not working, try different download manager, like Orbit Downloader or Free Download Manager. maybe you can post some screenshots of it?
don't have a webcam and I am losing internet in like 3 hours cause they messed up my internet account info, won't be back on until next week... :'(
