Download Problems on Points

    hi, i purchased a 10,000 points, then when i download some games other appeared some problem like NO Such File or file is already remove
    then when i look on my points it charged me even i didn't Download that games coz of the problem occur?

    Street Fighter EX Plus A, Xenogear, theres more i dont remember what is it :D

    man i barely download games with points and ive saved up all the way until 7000 :D

    I've tried to download those games and they do work, what browser are you using, if your using internet explorer get Firefox (www.mozilla.com/firefox/) if your already using Firefox try downloading it from a different server (north American or European) also if you re download the games within 24hours it wont cost your any points.
