Download Problem

    Hi can someone please help me.
    Since avg was installed on my pc in dec by a friend i have been unable to download.

    It will allow me to download what looks like the zipped up game and when trying to unzip it comes up with the following message:

    Windows is searching for: 1012_diddy king racing to loacte the file for yourself click browse.

    When i click browse or go to location where file is supposed to be its not there the only way i can see it is by clicking start recent and can see from there but again when try and unzip the above error happens,

    CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP MY SON IS DOING MY HEAD IN FOR NEW GAMES

    Might be download error.
    Try download it using a download manager such as Free Download Manager or Flashget.

    where would i get that from? sorry not that clued up and have tried download loads with no luck since then
