Ive downloaded a few games without a hitch but i Have tried downloading Super Robot Taisen(something something) for ds and it randomly has this error that says file could not finish downloading as could not read source. and it allows me to restart the download but it starts from the beginning again(at which point somewhere along the line the error appears again) Using Firefox to download and as i said not had this problem before. Ill try again tomorrow since the dl would take about 4 hrs and i dont have the time for another try.
I know the resume function is what i tried but it only worked after the first time at around half finished and then same problem arose a bit after and after that the resume just sstarted from beginning again but no matter whatever caused it i managed to get it working by choosing run instead of save
You should choose Save though, and save it to somewhere on your computer, so you have a copy of the file. Firefox's resume doesn't always work the way it should. Use a program dedicated to Download management, like MSGHomemaintenance suggested. I use FlashGet and it works very well. www.flashget.com
