Download not available

    Apparently whenever I want to download a DS game file say Pokemon HeartGold or Zelda The Phantom Hourglass. The Download button on that particular page becomes red and the file is not available.
    What I find so bad is when I search any DS games, they are all unavailable. Would there be a time when all the games will be able to come up again.
    Please reply to ensure that I'm crazy or not.

    all roms are down for law reasons but here is a topic with roms in it (you can say thanks)

    NDS roms will never be available for download here.
