Download limit exceeded - but i am new to site

Please help. Everytime I try to download it says downloading tme exceeded. I have never downloaded anything and joined yesterday!!

 

You must be logged in or that message may stop you...are you logged in while downloading?

Hi it says I have 550 points to use. When i go to download something i click the european server button and that's when it comes up with the message

 

Could you tell us which game it is that you're having issues with?

 

Log out, and clean up your browser cache.

and then, log in back, and try to download the file again.
