Okay I literally just joined this site less than 20 minutes ago so I really need some advice that might sound stupid. So I'm trying to download MP9 but apparently the download is "restricted" so I can't download it. Is it because I'm brand new? It can't be because I don't have enough points because I have 10,000 points and the game costs a little less than 2000.
