Because my banwidth in here was so low... sometimes i download 1 file 1-3 days... but today i can't resume my download for some reason.... can i ask Romulation for this problem.???? thanks in advance
As long as your file does not cost points it should be working fine with resuming, we haven't changed the script in any way.
today when i try download 0929 - QuickSpot (U)(Legacy), because of certain condition, i stopped my download (I'm using download acc because when using normal download, it's stopped before 100%) when i try resume my download, the message in my download acc said... the file size has changed... In other words I can't resume my download... I try other rom, it have same problem... but now i try to download and stopped then resume it.. it works, is it something wrong with my browser or my download acc?
You know what Ive noticed to this day...that the Download Manager has been having alot of backward problems...not just downloading but keeping up with the servers.............you get disconnected for no apperent reason and when you download something of it...its hella slow......
It happened again when i try to resume my download. since 2 days ago i can't resume my download..? I tried other Download Manager, but it said no resume support... for some reason, i can't download 1 file for 1 day if the size is more than 20 Mb.... I can't download if i'm not using Download Manager because it's always stopped before 100% can you help me ??? ;D
you mean its 2 days since you stopped downloading and you've just tried to resume? Of course that wont work, you only get like 20mins to resume or something
Normally i stopped my download 5 AM, and i resume in 7 PM and you said only 20minutes to resume.. before 2 days ago, i can resume my file after i leave it 3 days but since 2 days ago it don't works :-[ I don't know why it happened like this ???
No it should work perfectly fine no matter how long you wait, there's nothing in the script to prevent resuming from working.
but when i'm using new download manager (Free Download Manager), it said no resume support. I tried to stop and resume it, but the file don't resume at all. Now i'm using other download manager (Flash Get), it will resume but only worked if i stop and resume in 10-30minutes for session time out.. no idea.. the download manager i used said that the file size is changed, then it won't resume. i try using tracets and post it in tracets topic. Any help again ???
well we dont change the files, so its the the download manager at fault. However, looking at your traceroute, I'm not suprised you have problems, those hop times are far too long.
So in this problem, i have no choice, but to give up... i don't know why this problem happened now, i don't have any problem when downloading from romulation before, especially when resuming download. maybe i just keep trying ;D thanks to Loonylion & Seph for answering my question
