I downloaded Xenoblade Chronicles, and something went wrong with my computer and it ended up cutting off and back on, interrupting the download and leaving me unable to resume it. I downloaded Xenoblade with points, but now I have nowhere near enough to download it again, I'm missing about 3000 points. Since I already downloaded it once with points and something went wrong, is there any chance I can download it again without having to wait for 3000 more points? EDIT: I admit, this was a while ago. More than the 3 day grace period you're given, for sure.
You have 72 hours to re-download the file without getting any further point deduction from the time of your initial download. You'll notice the points cost to download that file shown as "0" if you haven't exceed the time limit. And it might be best if you use 'IDM' download manager to assist downloading big size file as it's resume-able when connection is cut off part way.
if you waited 3 days, you going to have wait till you have enough points to try again(or ask a nice admin nicely to let you try again). also define your computer cutting off. was it like you power system going off and coming on for the computer only, or was it your entire power(you lights and other electronics)?
