Download Does Not Work

Every single time when I try to download Pokemon Platinum on American SErver,it dosen't work~!!!!!! Nor the rest of the servers!!!! I download it and it dosen't open the winrar achieve!!!!!!!!!

No its not my internet connection. I have downloaded it and nothing seems to apear to come up

So is this problem me or the servers.If its the servers how can I fix this.Or if this is me how can I fix it

Where are you saving the file? When you open that folder, is the file you downloaded there?

I never had this problem before except for this type of game.I am using wifi and use IE 6.I just clicked on "North America Server" and once it was downloaded nothing apears up

 

Are you trying to "Open" or "Save" it?

Try to save as first.

 

Open tries to put the file into a temporary location and then Open the file from memory. It doesn't like to work with larger files (Unless it's a video file that it can "stream").

Save puts the file onto your computer which you can then go open quickly and easily.

 

When I try to save it by right clicking it,it says it cannot download from this website

 

Ok,I shall try doing that to another server.Which browser should I use
