Download but cant get it to work

    I downloaded Tomb Raider 3 adventures of lara croft ROM but everytime I extract it with WinRAR I get an error that the document does not exist or its damaged. I tried redownloading TR3, reextracting and nothing :/. Please help. Sorry, if this is in the wrong place, Im new here.

    Which program gives you the error? Is it WinRAR?

    Yes its winrar. It says the following:
    The archive is either in unknown format or damaged.

    can any body help me please ,, I downloaded bejeweled twist with winzip, but when I open it on the DS IT ONLY LOADS ABOUT 1/4 OF THE WAY THEN A BLACK SCREEN COMES ON AND SAY'S LOAD ROM ERRCODE=-4 PLEASE RESET SYSTEM.I have tryed deleating it , then redownloading it and the same keeps happening. Can any body please help. THANKS

    To OP,
    Redownload the files again using Download Manager,
    Such as Flashget, Orbit Downloader or Free Download Manager.
    Search for it at here.

    and update you winrar to the latest version.

    Extract the file first using Winrar.
