Hi Hope someone can answer the following :- Having downloaded 3 small NDS files, when looking to download a fourth the message "Please notice that sharing your download links will trigger an automatic ban" It only allows me to opt for a mirror download rather than a straight download to disc. This message only appeared after downloading PictoImage. (AVG says the PictoImage file is clean.) ??? This site is great and the thought of been banned is unthinkable :'( Any thoughts or answers to why I get this mesage now........... (DibDob - a computer newbie)
As I wrote in the response to the PM you sent me. (really, PM AND topic? =/) Please think logically about the message for a moment. Have you shared your download link with other people? If not then no harm no foul, just download and choose either our North American server or our new Europe server.
I Got a Question Too about this. Could someone break it down for me ? What exactly does it mean ? "Please notice that sharing your download links will trigger our automatic download ban as per our rules.? Is it like if i sent someone the link of lets say, Advance Wars Link as my signed on will i Automaticly get banned ? Im not 100% Sure what this is trying to say. (Bad At English)
Your personal link is if you right click on a download mirror, select copy link and then paste him the link. You probably won't get banned the first time (unless the times are very close together) but if the amount of IPs increase a lot in like a 48 hour period then our system will automatically flag the account has being shared publicly.
This is not hard to understand.. and is perfectly reasonable.. why are people getting so confused..? lol.

Because we don't allow account sharing, you can share the link to the INFO page and people can use their own account or make one.
