DOLPHIN Gamecube Emulator Help

Ok my first question is how do I get to download this GCoS from this site:

I already have the same version, but its from a different site and that could've caused the problem...

Okay, my real problem is that I cannot get the GCoS screen to pop up (the black one) when I open up GCos 1.5 (PSO).dol

All I get is CPU Reset without another black screen opening up behind it... Then I can't set the MISC/BOOT ORIGINAL DVD (I manually open it up using the open tab at the top or open the iso up by clicking on the icon in my dolphin emulator.. So can anyone tell me how i can create the black GCoS screen behind it and how to download the GCoS from that site? Thanks for your help
