Dolphin Emu-HELP!!!!

    ok i download the dolphin emulator, and some games,

    however i got these string of errors. is there anyway to sort them out
    -----------------------
    Warning
    Error loading plugins/plugins_padsmimple.dll.cant read info
    ---------
    Warning
    Cant init any PAD Plugins
    ------------
    Warning
    couldnt init the core
    check your configuration


    Any help pleasE?

    Update your direct x, c++, and graphic driver to the latest version.
