Dolphin Can't create OpenGl renderer please help (My first Post)

I just downloaded Dolphin and Pokemon Colosseum i just start game and it says "Can't Create OpenGL Renderer You might be missing some required OpenGL Extensions, Check the logs for more info" :'( PLZ help

Your video card doesn't support OpenGL. It's one of intels onboard chipsets (not good for gaming or emulation).

Go to your video configuration and switch to Software Renderer or Direct3D. (OpenGL is better, but you can't use it).

Options -> Configure. Select the Plugins tab. Select the drop down menu under Graphics, and choose something other than Dolphin OpenGL.

 

How do i get to video configuation
