Does this type of user be allowed in romulation?

Hi everyone, recently there is a user here in romulation forum which i will not say unless forced to give the user name ;D I hope the admins or forum moderators watch this thread. I am as friendly as possible but this has make some of us really piss off.
Well, he create many topics asking for game help or roms when it actually exist in other thread that is already posted on Romulation forum.

He has violated many rules which i shall post here ;D I am not a troll, i just feel that he should be given a real warning 8)

1) Search before you post, chances are there is already a similar topic, if such a topic is found then please use said topic instead of creating a new one.
2) No posting two or more consecutive posts in the same thread. There is an edit button, use it.
3) Do not post two topics about the same topic, one is enough. Bumping a topic is allowed provided something valuable is added to the topic, be it a more thorough answer, a similar (but not the exact same) problem etc; however, keep it to a minimum and let it pass a few pages before doing so.

So what should we do to him? I am at a loss of what to do so i am discussing here right now ;D

The "report to moderator" button exists for a reason. Use it.

 

But the op (as I talked to him) doesn't seem to know WHAT to say.

It's not a clear cut case...well for the majority.

Trolls I understand, but "annoyances" not really.

If I reported all of yoshi, littlekill, and miss_g's post, I think the forum would be alienated.

i'm not sure, i really wanna name who it really is! (my idea....he just followed ahead) so if you really are wondering who it is, feel free to PM....but some other annoying things he does, is for example, basically SPAMS topics..... member since December, shorter than myself, and has 55 topics, and 600 something posts....that's as of yesterday, mat be more now. 0_o based on that, you can figure out who you are!
