Does this make my card freeze?

Hello People.
I recently got new cheats from the gbatemp website.
And it was under the Temp folder.
Do the cheats in the temp section make the r4 freeze?

 

Not if they aren't activated.

If they are activated, then it may freeze a game at certain points if too many are activated.

But not the card.

 

is there a way to prevent the game from freezing?

 

it shouldnt freeze unless they cheat u got has som sort of glitch then yeh
