Does the Digimon world ROM work????

OK I got ePSXe working, YAY.
But the game doesn't work, it goes through the whole starting movie thing but when you are meant to select to start the game (start up menu) its a black screen. If you try to skip the movie it freezes.
Please tell me whats wrong!!!

Have you got the latest firmware for it and tested other games?

 

firmware yes, games no. I really want to know why it freezes not if ePSXe works or anything.

 

There certainly is nothing wrong with the ROM. I've actually used the exact rom you have for not only ePSXe, but I've also used it for coverting it to EBOOT for PSP and have also burned it to a CD-R for my modded PS1. All images worked perfectly.

If tha game is extracted correctly from this site and if ePSXe is set up properly then it should work.
May be the ePSXe you have.
