Use R4CCE by Yasu to modify the USRCHEAT.DAT/CHEAT.DAT. Some cheats may not show up, due to the "no updates to the R4" (R4 team gone). You need to delete the cheat codes that you don't use in order to see some of the codes.

Or...you can use YSMenu with your R4 (if compatible) and you won't have to delete the cheats.
