does anyone know a good torrent site to download PS3 games??

once downloaded is it straight forward to download then put on PS3 console hard drive or is there more involved to it.

i won the PS3 in a comp, but simply cannot afford to keep purchasing games at there price for my 9 yr old son....

    thanks in advance.

    - There are no backup PS3 games on the internet for you to download.
    - At this time there are no ways to play backup PS3 games on your PS3.
    - Downloading a 10GB game is just not worth it (That's if PS3 backups were availabale to download)
    - Also, buying blank Blu-Ray discs are way too expensive
    - You'd have to have a Blu-Ray drive for your PC (Once again, only if PS3 backups existed.)

When you think about it, you're better off just buying the games legit. There are some cheap games out there. Also look at sites like ebay, you can always find a cheap PS3 game there.

I'm not really the man to talk to when it comes to online shopping.

I recommend places like pawn shops (I always find VERY cheap PS3 games at pawn shops).

It's like $20AUD for a blank blue ray disc here-AND YOU NEED A BLUE RAY BURNER!

    ...it's expensive :(

the killer would be the cost of the blu ray burner, i guess $20 for the blank disc and $5 for the hire of the game is not bad but the price of the burner would kill the pocket. here i come ebay....

That may the best option you have...

Looks like sony won this battle-the cost to burn the games (and the fact that your still buying thier products) forces you to pay for thier high-priced ps3 gear...

I'm glad I got a ps2 instead-and I got a laptop that is meant to play the disc...

Not that it has the software :(
