Starting to sound like a parody of some sort maybe he has been watching "Robot Chicken" on Adult Swim if he is from the US, not sure if its shown in other countries or not. They use action figures/dolls in stop motion animation and they do a lot of crazy shit. Its funny as hell but young children shouldn't be watching it.

You could have stated from the beginning that you was talking about some 2 year old coke zero commercial and Michael Myers and Leatherface was also in the promo along with Freddy and Jason, that clown is just someone they put in there for the ad I do not recognize him from any movies.
