Just post them or a link to them, I feel like a change and I want your advice on what ones are good.

I don't know how to make them and even if I did know I probably don't have the program for it.

Little hint.
If you want an avatar of eg: anime go to google and take pictures.
Then give in after it "imagesize:32x32"
There you have the right size for an avatar here.
