Does any body no how to get a full cygwin for pc ?

    I have been trying to find everything so i can make hacks for psp but its to dang hard becase i cant find all the staff for cygwin so were do i go tryed google ?

    cygwin allows you to run linux software under windows. Download the installer from www.cygwin.com and run it, at some stage it will let you choose which packages you want to install.
