yes! there is a wii emulator.

it's called dolphin. it's a gamecube/wii emulator, but you have to have a pretty powerful computer to run gamecube, let alone wii games. you can give it a shot. i have it, but have never actually used it.

It's the best Wii/GC emulator around. It's on a very early stage for wii emulation though, but it can run a few games correctly, just check the compatibility list of games and their forum.

Oh, I haven't tested it myself... My computer specification isn't enough.

DirectX is a graphic plugin from Microsoft, it often needed to play lots of newer games. Go download it.
