Do I really NEED all these files? (Zelda Rom question)

Hello everyone. I downloaded Zelda, Ocarina of Time for the N64. Now, my problem has nothing to do with it working or not working so much as it does with the whole confusion of...well, I have over a dozen files that seem to be very similar, and of the same size. They all came in the same package, but do I really NEED all of them? Would it hurt to delete a few of the files? And if it's okay to delete some, which should I delete? I'm worried that I'll start a game, save it, and then click on the wrong file and not be able to find my saved game or something...so I'm trying to stick with the file that's at the top. Does it really matter? What's the deal with this buttload of files?

The file with the [!] is a good file, the rest are just some translation, or fix.

Thanks for the information! That's actually the one I'm using (I think), 'cause it's right at the top. Does that mean that I can delete all the other files?

Legend of Zelda, The - Ocarina of Time (E) (M3) (V1.0) [!] is the file thats the workign original game, everything else that has GC or MQ is the gamecube release of it and the mq is the Master Quest version of the gamecube version.
