do i need a new flashcart?

    I have the R4i Ultra and updated my DSi to Ver !.4U
    DO i need the R4i Ultra with the 1.4 thing on it?
    is there a way to uninstall the update?

    No there is no way to unistall...

    And you need a new card, yes.

    And if you get a new card, get Super card DSTWO.

    the R4i 1.4 kernel one works right?
    what are the differences between the R4 and supercard?

    It can play GBA just from the Slot-1.
    Also plays most games.

    You could try the 1.4 kernel before you buy SCDSTWO though.
