Do chipped gamecube's still need POT tweaking?

    I'm about to pick up my cube-I hoped that the guy would have done it-he hadn't because he lost power cables for it :(


    ...anyway-he's using the latest xeno chip-will the cube still need a tweak?

    (and no-not after wii chipping-softmodding)
