So recently, I've been trying to watch streaming movies on the web browser. Said I needed DivX web player, so I got it. When i start the video on Firefox 3.0 it stays buffering at 0% forever. I meet all the system requirements that is needed for the DivX player to work, but it still stays buffering at 0%. Anyone know why its happening. Here are some sites i am trying to watch movies on. I have Windows XP by the way.

It could just be that the videos don't exist anymore. Many hosting sites get taken down (copyright violations, etc.) So when you try to watch them, the video just buffers, because it's trying to get the data, but it's not there.

I've tried many movies, even the just posted ones, and they all don't work. Have you tried the links I gave and did they work for you?
