Which distribution ROMs are you trying to use? Is your DS's time set correctly to use the distribution ROMs in question?
each distribution cart distribute pokemon/item based on date. example: Shiny Raikou: by the time this rom release* - 01/10/11 Shiny Entei: 01/17/11 - 01/24/11 Shiny Suicune: 01/31/11 - 02/07/11 Shiny Celebi: 02/27/11 - 03/07/11 read the nfo file that came with your download. you must change the date o the DS that you use your distribution ROM, not the DS that you use your pokemon cart. DS(1) -> distro rom DS(2) -> using pokemon cart change the date on DS(1) to suit which poke/item you want to distribute. ------ for pokemon white, for now, there's only 1 distribution rom compatible with black/white. which is liberty ticket distro cart. if you want to use other distro car, say, those gamestop legendary trio (suicune, raikou, entei) or celebi. you CAN'T. cmiiw, those distro are not for gen V pokemon, but for gen IV pokemon. if you want to get those poke for zorua/zoroark event, use teh distro ROM to get the gift n gen IV pokemon (you can use Pokemon Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, HeartGold, or SoulSilver), and then use the relocator to get those poke to black/white. that's what i did note : you need soul silver/heart gold real cart (not ROM on flashcart), since relocator work using download play to open ss/hg save.
