Distorted Screen on my PS

If you read my other topics: "Screen problem on my PS" and "Screen dilemma on my PS", well here's the sequel.

The 3rd disk to the game Tales of Destiny II has the distorted screen, just like my Dino Crisis 2 and Capcom Generations 2 - Chronicles of Arthur.

Now when I say my screen is distorted, you know how it looks like, right? discolored, not in center with the TV screen, dark blurry lines running across the screen, and probably grainy.

The other people did have this problem and so did my download of the 1st and 2nd disk, yet the 3rd does have the problem.

No, I don't think I can reposition the game screen since there's no "screen adjust" option in the game.

I don't think redownloading it works since I tried it on Dino Crisis 2, and it didn't work.

I tried patching it, since someone told me it was probably a security problem, which distorted the screen, but patching it didn't work either I did it wrong, or patching didn't work. I doubt it's something to do with anti-piracy or some sort, since nobody posted a complaint comment about the distorted screen on the comment section.

    Facts:
-using a PSX (chipped US version... I think)
-own a game enhancer, doesn't affect the screen
-download games from this site or ROM Hustler
-own PSX emulator, turns out some certain video plugins work, others don't or made the video worse
-use ImgBurn for burning PSX games into CD-Rs
    -using

    So... Here are the questions:
Does anyone know what the hell I'm talking about? Is there an option on the ImgBurn menu to change video plugin or something? Should I use a different CD-R brand?

People do know what I'm talking about, right?

Could someone post a link or an image of what I'm talking about?

I will assume that retail games work just fine on your modded PSX?

Retail games work fine. Some burned games don't.

I just founded out that my game enhancer can play any scene of the game disk normally but playing it normally does that distorted screen thing.

Okay, I just uploaded photos of the distorted gamescreens.

Here's Tale of Destiny 2 distorted. notice how the top has black space

Here it is normal. Compare this to the distorted one.

Can you guess what game this is and how much black space is shown on top?

It's Dino Crisis 2: Crappy Version! And look! Black space on top!

Let's look at the file menu. What's this? I can't read the bottom text! Notice how my fat finger is pointing that out?

And if you're wondering if I could just adjust the screen, I can't. The game doesn't have it. :C

Now let's take a look at a Capcom arcade classic in a single CD. What Capcom game? Why, it's the Ghost 'n Goblin series! AKA Capcom Generations 2 - Chronicles of Arthur! see how the "TITLE SELECT" is nearly touching the bottom? Yup! it's also not centered!

You can't even see the whole title "Super Ghouls 'n Ghosts", for Pete's sake! Not that it matters, but it's pretty irritating. And if you can't read the title underneath "Ghost 'n Goblins", it says "Ghouls 'n Ghosts" FYI.

    Now you guys get it?

Have you tried using a different TV to see if it's just your TV doing that?

No, it's not the TV's fault.

Doesn't this happen to other people?

Apparently not. You've had three topics on the same issue, tried all the usual fixes. The problem may be in the hardware somewhere. Maybe your modchip doesn't work 100%?

It works well with the retail games and certain games. Strangely, I got some sort of copy of Dino Crisis 2 before I started burning the game, and it works well. However, the CD is yellow and there's a poorly pasted image of the cover on the disc. Is it something to do with the disk?

...So I'm guessing my situation is a special case?
