Disney bought Marvel?

    Recently my cousin told me that Disney had taken over marvel? is that true? Disney bought Marvel? so we're gonna get something like the Disney logo in the upcoming marvel heroes games?? And their gonna make something like Kingdom hearts but this time Super heroes with a mixture of disney characters? =.=
