dislocated?

    so, i play baseball and i'm a pitcher, i'm just wondering, can i dislocate my arm by pitching? if i can, how can i avoid it? (while still being able to pitch)

    yes, you can dislocate your arm while pitching.......i saw it happen before......not too pleasant i imagine!!

    i don't know how to stop it.....shoulder exercises and not over-exhausting your shoulder and arm i believe.

    aw, thanks i guess i'll take atleast 4 days off from pitching since my arm hurts everytime i pitch and i'll be more cautious about how i pitch from now on.

    train your arm little by little. you should be a little used to the strain.

    hi, i've been pitching for about a year now, and i cant seem to do a curveball or a slider
    anyone knows a good way to learn it? or stepy by step instructions?
