so, i play baseball and i'm a pitcher, i'm just wondering, can i dislocate my arm by pitching? if i can, how can i avoid it? (while still being able to pitch)
yes, you can dislocate your arm while pitching.......i saw it happen before......not too pleasant i imagine!! i don't know how to stop it.....shoulder exercises and not over-exhausting your shoulder and arm i believe.
aw, thanks i guess i'll take atleast 4 days off from pitching since my arm hurts everytime i pitch and i'll be more cautious about how i pitch from now on.
hi, i've been pitching for about a year now, and i cant seem to do a curveball or a slider anyone knows a good way to learn it? or stepy by step instructions?
