This happens to me often when I play on no$gba. It happened to me on Castlevania and Mario Kart. Save was just randomly gone. Would love to know the solution myself.

The .sav file is in the BATTERY file. Not sure if it'll help though.

I actually made a backup myself. I always make backups. But it seems the error occurs whilst you are actually saving. When I backed it up once I had the problem where the save got rolled back for some reason to an older save (Don't know how that happened), but my backed up save was also rolled back?!? Was very odd.

Same thing happened when I was playing Super Mario RPG on the ZSNES emulator. The only thing I could think of is somehow I had loaded a save state of the rom with different saved games and copied over the original or something like that.

I was quite angry because I was very far and it rolled back to almost the beginning.

It's annoying hey? I mean you work hard to get that far and then you realise you got to get through a particular area again. It kind of kills the game for me and I stop playing it. For snes though you should use SNES9x (I think that's what it was called, the emulator). It works the best. Never had problems with it.

now you're grasping at straws. Its a compatibility issue.

Shut up blacksun23.Many of us have had this issue. We can't all have fake nogba as the rom actually runs.If it was fake it wouldn't run.And romulation supplies virus free roms if you didn't know that.

not having this problem but i am having a graphical problem with disgaea it plays ok but black lines show up on both screen intermittently but they often go away and sometimes they wont is this a graphical problem or can i just blame this on the rom and not the emulator btw im using no$gba (latest free version 2.6)

it is the emulator. Latest no$GBA version is 2.6a, if that has problems then you'll either have to put up with them or get a DS and a flashcart.
