Hello, I just joined this site today not long ago. I started a game dl and got to 93%, then my connection cut out. I am using Firefox so I assumed the built-in dl manager would allow me to resume the dl, as I have done before. So I clicked resume and it just sat there at 93% and isnt moving. I've read the site introduction and noticed no refunding of points (I used the free points I had anyway) but decided to post about this to see if I could get some help on this situation, maybe just restart the dl since my history shows what game I start or find out if I'm just out of luck. We use links that time-out to prevent leeching so you have to go to the game page again, click download and then select the same location as before, any decent download manager should be able to resume the download then.
Firefox download manager may not be able to resume from our site as it is an extremely basic download manager.
Oh ok, thank you's Btw, when I go back to the game page, click download, It just says I dont have enough points and doesnt allow me to select the location I have the partial dl.
start the download from your download manager so that it will request only the part you need, if you start it via firefox then it will request everything and we won't be able to detect it as a new download.
