Some of you may know me from other gaming boards. Hello, RomUlation.

I read the announcement about a site developer, I would most likely be the man for the job, but I am webmaster at another site. But yes, those qualifications would be a minimum requirement, at the very least HTML, PHP, CSS and Javascript knowledge and graphic design skills. There could be a dark alternate layout to this one, some people prefer a darker design. Aside from that, if it isn't broken don't fix it. I should post in this forum often, I'd like to get to know the staff here. I am a regular at Snesorama, some of you may recognize me from there, it's an affiliate to this site. The site I am webmastering at specializes in warez, so I will not mention it here. I can help out with webmastering here, be it coding or graphics, just ask and I would be more than willing to assist.
