Digimon World Help

I just started playing and noticed the text is over lapping. It is almost un readable and is taking away from the game. does any one know how to fix it?

and it only gets worst as conversations go on.

You know there are lot of "Digimon worlds" if you dont specify what console and what emulator you use (or acecard...) we can't help too much

 

This is just "Digimon World" for the playstaion.

And i am using ePSXe

 

This is why it's helpful to be very descriptive of your problem. There are also three Digimon World games for the NDS

So what version of ePSXe are you using, and what plugins are you using?

 

im using 1.70.

with the following plug ins.

Probably that is the problem.
You got some of the default pluggins (maybe i'm wrong) mmm...
However try changing the video pluggins...

maybe its the rom you're using because I run the actual Playstation disk with the same emulator and it works fine when ever I play the game (which I do a lot recently).

 

I have installed the pack, and I am still having the problem. Do I need to change any settings with the new pack?

I downloaded the ROM from this site.

 

Change your video plugin. Use Pete's OpenGL2 2.9, default Nice settings. If your video card doesn't support OpenGL properly, then use Pete's D3D DX6 plugin.

You just listed the plugins, but not which ones you were actually using in your configuration.

 

After changing the video plugin it works, thanks for all your help.

 

Its very common on the epsxe.
If you have any problem with other games running on the epsxe, try changing the pluggins
(bad audio? - sound pluggins, bad video?, don't show some thing of the game?, the game crashes? - well you already got a idea here).
