People! I have problem! When I buy new rope or new guns I always use the old one, and when I buy trap or wire I can't use them. What I need to do for using new tools?! ???
Easy, when you're on the Hunt screen (choosing locations on that globe), go settings. I always use Ultimate Rope which works great for everything.
Yeah I was stuck on this for a while too, bought nearly all the stuff, ropes, traps, etc., but could never seem to use them.
