Devil Dice for PSX, need help, can't get it to work, any kind souls?

I read an earlier post where someone was having the exact problem. I tried to duplicate all the steps in hopes that I would also be able to get the game to run but it just didn't work. Anybody know how to get this game running? Came as a NRG file and I converted it to ISO. Soon as I start it up, it does nothing. Other games work just fine but this one doesn't do anything. Any help/suggestions? Thanks and have a wonderful day.

 

What are you trying to play the game on?

An Emulator? (ePSXe, PSXfin, etc.) and what version? What plugins, etc.
An actual PSOne? Modchip or Boot disk?

 

I'm using epsxe with all the recommened plugins. I downloaded alcohol but when i tried to burn it it didn't work properly. Is there anyway to play this after you convert it to ISO? A step by step would be most appreciated if at all possible.
