Desperate help with Xbox Live!!!

    If I make an Xbox Live account, can I turn my old profile and turn it into the Xbox Live one because i don't want to lose all my achievements and save files, etc, etc.

    If not can someone tell me how i can transfer my old profile data into the xbox live one. ANY help would be fantastic.
