    Hi,

    As I have been using Desmume, the save file saves in the same directory as the emulator .exe file. Is there a way to have the save files save in a different folder, like NO$GBA does? Because, it's very disorienting when the folder has all the save files in it.

    And also, when I play Pokemon Platinum, it is insanely slow. I converted the .sav file from NO$GBA format to the Autodetect thing on shunyweb. Therefore, it's not the new .dsv file. Could that be why? Or, is it just slow?

    Yes, just make a new folder, and configure the file path by going to Config -> Path settings,
    and change the path for the SaveRam, click [...]

    Like stated before, DeSmuMe needs a good PC to run it.
    Or try changing the 3d renderer to SoftRasterizer.
    (Config -> 3d Settings)

    The emulator will make its own save file(.dsv) from the converted save file(.sav)
    and I'm sure this doesn't affect the emulator speeds.

    I do have a good PC. HG/SS runs fine on NO$GBA. Full speed, no problem, except the black screen that I need the AR codes to pass. Does Desmume allow Pal Park, because it has a “GBA slot” function?

    Have you checked your 3d Settings on DeSmuMe?

    Not sure about that, read the DeSmuMe FAQ.

    Just copy the save file from DeSmuMe(.dsv) to No$gba BATTERY folder.
    Run the game, and try to load the file.

    After you copied the save file from DeSmuMe(.dsv) to the BATTERY folder.
    Make sure to change the save file extension to .sav

    Delete your No$GBA.ini file in your No$gba folder.
