Dementium 2???

I was waiting for Dementium 2 to be avaliable for Download. But now its gone from the "upcoming" list and isnt on the downloadable list. what happened to it? It's "release date" was the same as Ragnarok and Miles Edgeworth Ace Attorney. Any help with what happened there?
