Dead Rising 2 or Off the Record?

    So Dead Rising 2 is sold for only 995 Philippine Pesos (23 dollars) while Off the Record is sold for 1495 (35 dollars).
    Then there's a double pack, two for the price of 2100 pesos (49 dollars).

    Which one should I buy? :-\

    Get Dead Rising 2,I have both but i don't really like OTR very much but As always watch gameplay videos to decide for
    yourself
