DBZ Attack of the Saiyans - Can't get to work on M3

like the title says i played the japanese rom with no problems and when it came to play the Europe one nothing seems to happen.
It creates a save file then the screen just stays black and theres been a few games in the past that have done this aswell. So is this a common problem and is there a way to fix it? Just find it strange how the (J) will work but not the (E)

 

It SHOULD work with the newest firmware from the official site. I've been playing it for like a week and I have a M3 DS real.

And P.S. C.O.P. the recruit also works with the newest firmware.
