Curious on how to patch a rom. (Jump! Ultimate Stars for example)

    I downloaded the rom: Jump! Ultimate Stars (J) from rom-freaks.net. Then, I downloaded the English patch from gbatemp.net. I extracted it and now I have a “dpspatcher” file and a file named: “jus-eng-dev03_05_08.dps” along with the rom I extracted. How do I go about patching it?
