crono trigger dosn't work for me.

sorry but im having porblems again, this time with crono trigger ds, i am using an m3 ds simply, firm ware is latest(1.14) i just updated it last month when pokemon ranger2 wasn't working.... in cronotrigger, after the girl (marle if you dont change it, i think) goes through that teleporter and the pendent does, that thing with the blue rift, and after she disapeares i step on to the pod and grab the pendint, as im teleporting and all the blue/ purple wavy lines apear (it looks like your travaling through time) the lines just keep going and going (so fat for ten mins) i tryed multipule times but, it just kept hapening, i know its not a problen with your game and probably not a firmware problem (unless there is a new ver. comeing out) so i am stuck. and info would be nice, thanks,
